Miss Universe Malaysia winners from 2010 to 2013 share something in common during their stint in Miss Universe Malaysia national competition(except 2011 as Deborah was hand picked).

They all won the best body subsidiary award.

Ng, competed in the country's national beauty pageant Miss Universe Malaysia 2013, held on December 10, 2012 at the Setia City Convention Centre,where she became the eventual winner of the Miss Universe Malaysia title, gaining the right to represent her nation as the official representative of Malaysia .

Carey Ng will participate in Miss Universe 2013 in Moscow Russia on November 9th 2013. She is currently trained by Elaine Daly, Miss Universe Malaysia 2003.

Miss Malaysia World/Universe

Miss Malaysia represents Malaysia in four of the major international pageants.

• Miss Universe is an annual international beauty contest that is run by the Miss Universe Organization.
• Miss World is the oldest surviving major international beauty pageant. It was created in the United Kingdom by Eric Morley in 1951.
• Miss International is an annual international beauty pageant held since 1960.
• Miss Earth is an annual international beauty pageant promoting environmental awareness.

Below are some of our own pride and joy, Miss Malaysia in Miss World and Miss Universe International pageants.Obviously our achievement in Miss World are  far better than in other pageants.

But now Miss Universe Malaysia Organization is working very hard to make the world acknowledged our queen. After sending two strong candidates in Miss Universe Pageant(2011&2012) and becoming the talk of all pageant fans(being in most predictions made by pageant expert) yet we still  failed to placed in semifinals. I do believe sash factor/politics does have an impact but we will not give up, one day Malaysia time will come.

Miss Universe Malaysia

Before year 2010,Miss Malaysia Universe is not a famous pageants in my country compared to Miss World Malaysia,they sent mostly mediocre queens and a very forgettable face.So far Malaysia managed to enter semifinalist once only  in year 1970 with Josephine Lena Wong(coincidentally is the mother of Andrea Fonseka-Miss Malaysia Universe 2004 and  National Director of MUM organization)

The new Organization takes over
Miss Universe Malaysia is a national beauty pageant that began in 2010, replaced the Miss Malaysia Universe title after Andrea Fonseka who was the winner of Miss Malaysia Universe 2004 took over the Miss Universe Malaysia Organization and became the National Director. The pageant had undergone a 'revamp' in January 2010, launching into online reality shows, garnering much interest from international pageant fans.
